What does depression look like?

Depression has been shown to be one of the most common issues people are currently facing. Around 23.2% of U.S. adults reported symptoms of depression in a recent study.

What does depression look like? It could look like any or all of these: Changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behavior, or self-esteem. Depression can also be associated with thoughts of suicide.

We use both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy to treat and manage issues related to depression.
